CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I create my own custom order?
Yes! I love creating your personal visions! Please visit the "contact" link to find out more. Also note that there is a 7 day turnaround time for all custom orders (excluding postage time).

Can I order different sizes of your stocked products?
Yes you can! Please visit the "contact" section of the website and provide the name of the item, choice of colour (if applicable) and relevant measurements. Please note that the price of the item may vary between sizes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I care for my crochet items?
The majority of our crochet items can be machine washed (warm) or hand washed.

If your item has a wood tag, it must be hand washed and not left to soak.

If your item has a pom pom, it is recommended that you gently hand wash your item. Your pom pom may need a little fluffing up and if your pom pom is faux fur, you can do this by blow drying into shape (cool).

SHIPPING / RETURNS
Do you offer local pick up as an option, as opposed to postage?
Yes! You can use the promo code LOCALPICKUP to eliminate postage costs and we will contact you regarding when and where you can collect your order from (based in Adelaide).

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Although this is not currently an option in our store, I encourage you to get in touch to discuss postage options/costs if you are interested in having something shipped internationally.

Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us ASAP to look for the best solution. Erna May Crochet can not be held responsible for damaged or stolen items. If you are unhappy with your order, we can arrange a full refund for the price of the products purchased. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you purchase a ready-to-ship item (which is all items in the "products" tab, unless specified otherwise), you should expect to receive your order in the mail within 7 working days. If you order a custom piece, please allow a 7 day turnaround time and 7 days postage.

What postage carrier do you use?
We currently use Australia Post for all domestic shipments.
